Dear Students and Parents,

The deadline for having your child change from Transitional Learning (learning at home) to On-Site (learning at school) Learning, is quickly approaching.  The deadline to return the form below is Tuesday, October 6th.

Students coming back to school will begin on Tuesday, October 13th.

The next intake of students will not occur until Monday, November 16th.
