On this day, a group of Tomsett students that have been exploring the Calls to Action gathered with Ms. Eguia and Mrs. Lang to take down our Orange Hearts that we created for Truth & Reconciliation in the fall.

With our hearts full, and in the same spirit in which we put them up, we took them down. During the ceremony, the students reflected and shared what they have learned about healing/reconciliation. It was a solemn ceremony that each student had a chance to participate. At the end of the ceremony, each participant were invited to share a word about their feeling. 

Words that were shared: respect, calls to action, hope, reconciliation, commitment, etc.
